Agencies, consultancies, and commercial media teams — including those serving mission clients — belong here. If you’re running Kavanah Analytics on behalf of a mission organization, they can apply for a sponsored license in their own name instead.

What you get, either way

Or run it yourself, free

Kavanah Analytics is open source. Install it on your own servers and it costs nothing, forever, whoever you are.

One honest caveat: you’ll need to pass Meta App Review and Google OAuth verification yourself. That’s weeks of review, a security questionnaire, and usually a re-submission or two. If nobody on your team wants to own that process, take the hosted platform — for mission organizations it costs the same as self-hosting, which is nothing.

Questions people actually ask

There isn't one, and the reason is structural rather than generous. Kavanah Media is a Tennessee nonprofit and a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. We don't sell data, we don't use it for advertising, and we have no investors expecting us to start. Serving mission organizations is the point, not a loss leader.

Two things protect you. The platform is open source, so you can always run your own copy and keep your reporting. And if support ever fell short, we'd narrow how many new organizations we sponsor — not surprise organizations already using it with a bill.

Organizations whose primary purpose is Christian mission or ministry: sending agencies, national partners, churches doing digital outreach, and the teams inside them. It's an organizational question, not a doctrinal one, and a person reviews each application. If you're unsure, apply and ask.

Commercial, for your own account. But your clients can each apply for a sponsored license in their own name, and we're glad to help you get them set up.

No. A sponsored license doesn't convert to a paid one, and it doesn't start metering you as you add teams. We confirm it with you once a year, mostly so we can ask how it's going and whether you'd share what you're learning.

At list price, $49.95 per team per month. A mission organization running five reporting teams would pay about $3,000 a year. Someone gave so that you don't. We mention it only because it's worth knowing that the gift is a real one.

Any time. Request a portable copy, or delete everything — within 30 days either way. Details on the security page.
